Summary: Actually Tastes "Good"!!!
Comment: My husband in on chemotherapy and struggles with keeping "the calories coming" and not falling into a weight loss plumit due to the side effects of chemo. Currently, we are "attempting" 3,000 calories/day to try to help him maintain and hopefully gain a little weight! "Yes - Jenny Craig" - gaining weight can also be a challenge under certain circumstances." We have tried several of the high calorie nutrition drinks and so far my husband states that the Carnation 560 calorie actually tastes "good" - and so far he's not so sick of the taste that it's hard to keep him drinking it. (Currently, he has been drinking 3 per day.) Some of the others have tasted more like "medicine", according to this patient's report.
