Summary: Best gravy
Comment: I grew up in the Midwest where we put gravy on everything and I'm here to tell you that this stuff is awesome -- far better than the plastic-tasting canned gravy.

I use a quart canning jar to mix it prior to cooking. Just add the amount of water you want, add the mix, shake it well, then cook, stirring ocassionally with a wisk.

A pat or two of butter makes it even tastier when you don't have pan-drippings to add.
