Comment: The 1st product (Verizon brand) that was sent to me looked scuffed and the plug that goes into the phone was broken. I notified the seller by email and I was sent a new charger (LG brand) within a few days along with a paid return postage label for the broken one. The LG charger seems sturdier and works like it should. Despite the issues, for the price I can't complain and the exchange was painless.

Comment: Beware of cheap item. You get what you paid for. Only work for few days. Asked for replacement. Got e-mail back with the address where to send back the item, BUT NO PREAPID LABEL. SENT ANOTHER E-MAIL ASKING FOR RETURN LABEL. AND SINCE THEN NO REPLY FROM THEM. !!
