Comment: I bought this to fry fish through the year. So far I've used it once a week (I've had it for about 2 months), I have had no trouble with it. My father in law had an older version and the magnetic cord doesn't stay connected as well as this which I was happy about. I haven't had any trouble with splatter either. The only problem that I had is that the entire unit stays hot while warming up and frying. Everything about it works well so far.
